PSE's Engineering Operations team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Records Specialist position! Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process. Job Description: Maintains records and procedures per standardized record keeping practices. Provides expertise and assistance in records identification, determination of retention periods, storage and destruction methods. Provides support for short-term records and off-site records storage. Assists in processing information; sorts, classifies, analyzes and codes material into systems or into storage areas. Retrieves information for users and maintains accurate charge-out system where applicable. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
