The successful candidate will: - Greet and assist patients, and visitors entering the Emergency Department at University Hospital of Brooklyn. - Greet and answer telephone calls in a professional manner, take messages, relay messages in an appropriately and timely manner. - Electronically record and document the temperature of all visitors entering the ED for treatment. - Use Health Bridge (an electronic medical record system), monitoring patient movement within the hospital. - Acts as liaison to the Department of Nursing and Registrar office (Patient...
