Overview The Customer Service Representative provides high‑quality support to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal departments by accurately processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The representative will handle order entry, account updates, product information requests, shipping concerns, and various administrative tasks to support the Reserve Power & Deka Services department. Responsibilities: Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and accurately enter customer purchase orders. Complete order changes, corrections, and revisions, including required supporting documents such as engineering requests or deviations. Prepare and enter customer credits and charges. Handle cabinet and rack orders as required. Manage consignment accounts where applicable.
