As a Supervisor, Bioanalytical Services at ICON , you will oversee the daily operations of the bioanalytical laboratory, ensuring the accurate and timely analysis of biological samples to support clinical research projects. As a People Leader, you will create a culture of process improvement, train, and mentor junior analysts. What You Will Be Doing: - Oversee regulated bioanalysis (GLP/GCLP) method development and ICH validation for a broad range of complex analytes. - Leverage advanced UHPLC-MS/MS techniques including reverse-phase SEC chromatography, hybrid workflows, and proteolytic digestion strategies. - Utilize automated systems (e.g. KingFisher, Hamilton, Integra) and electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) to streamline workflows and ens...
