Aids in recruitment, transition to college, selection of courses within a 4-year plan, registration, academic progress, connecting to campus resources, and retention efforts. Works with student support initiatives and outreach. Authority and Accountability: The Academic Advisor position reports to the Director of the Academic Advising Center. This position has no direct reports or budgetary responsibility.
