Trains inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of food safety, sanitation and quality in a cost-efficient manner. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others. Additional Considerations: Advance Knowledge Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls and operating and repairing food service equipment.
