POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations, in partnership with or in the General Manager's absence. As an Assistant Manager , you'll support the company by maintaining an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, training & development. The focus is always on a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
