Position Summary: The Field Marketing Manager plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s field marketing functions. The role is responsible, under general to intermittent supervision, for providing training, advertising content creation and design, compliance approval, marketing strategies and support for all branches, loan officers, and sales support staff within designated region(s). This role will be charged with a high expectation for to driving business and leads to the branches, improving the customer experience, and participate in recruiting/retaining loan officers and sales staff. Compensation: This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $56,309 to $79,184 annually.
