Description Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. The Maintenance Technician is on-call for maintenance emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Work procedures are established for responsibilities to be handled on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and on a longer-term basis. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
