Purpose: In this 100% virtual position, (5) hired Student Associates act as chaperones/camp counselors to ensure high school student participant safety online during the Summer Healthcare Experience in Oncology Program while also sharing their college experience and encouraging high school students to pursue careers and course work in STEM fields. This position fulfills UT Austin’s requirement for Designated Individuals within the Youth Protection Program.
