Description We are looking for a full-time Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team! New Grads Welcome! *Individual would be traveling to our three locations, as needed: Woodlands, Spring and Montgomery. *Hours: Monday - Friday, normally 8 am to 5 pm in clinic (surgery can vary), no on-call *Orthopedic experience preferred** Job Summary: The Physician Assistant (PA) will provide health care services to patients under the physician supervision including conducting clinics, examinations, writing prescriptions and surgical-operating room assistance. The PA will practice in orthopedic medicine assisting with the following specialty areas: spine, general orthopedic care, sports medicine, shoulder and knee, upper extremity, elbow/wrist/hand, arthritic and total joint preservation and replacement, ankle/foot and hip, and pain management specialist. PA are academically and clinically trained to perform many of the routine but time-consuming tasks that physicians usually do and are accountable for their own actions and accountable to their supervising physicians.
