Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator I - Entry Location: Orwell, OH Shift: 3nd Shift Sunday - Thursday, 11pm – 7am Job Summary: Run grinding machines producing a quality product to blueprint specifications. Key Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate grinding machines: Install, change, and dress grinding wheels where applicable. Determine amount of stock to remove while working within tolerances. Gage inserts to insure proper dimensions. Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics. Pull samples and Record inspection results on route card. Place inserts into proper trays and move them to the next operation. Separate scrap from good inserts, document accurately. Scan correct production information. Operate other equipment as ne...
