Development Manager - Wimbledon

We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a high end residential development based in Watford. In this role at this high end development you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents while maintaining the property to the highest standards. Location: Wimbledon: Salary: £60,000-£65,000: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm: Previous experience in a large high end residential development is essential for this role. This position will be available to start from Early September 2026. We unfortunately would not be able to accommodate any start dates prior to this. This means this process may move slightly slower than normal. The Role: As the Development Manager, you will take full responsibility for both developments, including but not limited to: Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
