Riggs Washington DC sits on the iconic downtown corner of Penn Quarter’s 9th and F Street in a historic building once home to Riggs National Bank. Each of the Hotel’s 181 guest rooms offers a playful nod to the building’s legacy. Riggs is home to the all-occasion European brasserie-inspired restaurant Café Riggs, as well as Silver Lyan – a subterranean bar from the internationally acclaimed Ryan Chetiyawardana, also known as Mr Lyan. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical / Operations: · Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both properties, from workforce planning and job postings through candidate selection and onboarding. · Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans aligned with both properties’ staffing needs, budget, Lore Group hiring standards and business objectives. · Write compelling job descriptions and vacancy postings that reflect Lore Group’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. · Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with department heads and hiring managers across both properties. · Build and maintain relationships with hospitality schools, training institutions, and recruitment partners to create a st...
