You will build the analytical backbone of DTC at More Nutrition, enabling structured, scalable and data-driven decision-making across all commercial levers. Your goal is to move DTC from reactive analysis to proactive performance management, while establishing robust frameworks, playbooks and scalable systems to support our next growth phase. You will leverage automation and AI as key enablers to increase speed, depth and scalability of insights across the organization. As one of the fastest-growing DTC businesses in Germany, you will play a key role in shaping how data drives our path toward €1Bn+ international expansion. Your Mission: - End-to-End DTC Performance Analytics - You own and evolve DTC performance analysis across traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behavior - You identify key drivers of growth across promotions, CRO, marketing channels and product portfolio - You translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations - Channel, Attribution & Commercial Impact - You analyze and quantify the impact of all channels (e.g. paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV) - You assess channel interactions, overlaps and incrementality - You enable better budget allocati...
