Position Summary We are seeking an: experienced Government Contracts Accounting & DCAA Compliance Manager to design, implement, and maintain a fully DCAA-compliant accounting system using QuickBooks Online and GovBooks: . This role will be: responsible for building the complete government-compliant accounting structure, including cost pools, labor distribution, indirect rate calculations, and audit readiness in accordance with FAR and DCAA requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full DCAA-Compliant System Setup (Primary Responsibility) Configure: QuickBooks Online: (Plus or Advanced) for government contract accounting Implement and integrate: GovBooks: with QuickBooks Online Build a compliant Chart of: Accounts from the ground up Establish segregation of: Direct Costs Indirect Costs (Fringe,: Overhead, G&A) Unallowable Costs: Set up job costing by contract Configure cost pools and: allocation bases Ensure system supports Incurred: Cost Submission (ICS) requirements 2.
