DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: Data and Analytics Manager: Effectively administer performance management systems including developmental feedback, goal setting, assesses competency, progressive discipline, responsible for sound management of human resources, makes and implements decisions compatible with organizational goals, and maintains composure, effectiveness, and flexibility under pressure. Supervises the following job classes: Data Analysts, Advanced Healthcare Data Analysts, Lead Healthcare Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Developers, Lead Business Intelligence Developers, and Data Scientists. Leads project teams when needed to bring issues to resolution and take on responsibility for system initiatives (possess project management skills). Additionally, demonstrates advanced programming/development skills. Maintains the ability to communicate, manage and motivate employees effectively.
