Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Recruiter with German language proficiency to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions across multiple countries, provide strategic hiring guidance to stakeholders, and build strong talent pipelines to support our business growth. Available job locations: Warszawa, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance across various countries. Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with both local and remote Hiring Managers . Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by consulting on hiring processes , role requirements, and sourcing strategies. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates across different regional talent pools. Use in-depth knowledge of the labor market , competitive landscape, and external talent availability to identify effective sourcing strategies.
