Senior Post Producer

Job description

We are looking for a talented Senior Post-Production Producer to join our Zulubot team. Our ideal candidate will have agency and/or studio post-production experience and be highly organized with a brain for problem solving. You will be working with an internal team of 10-12 (offline, motion graphics, colour, online, audio, and post producers) and will own your projects from ingest to delivery. Key Responsibilities Include: - You will have ownership and oversee end-to end post-production jobs - Managing multiple complex projects - Working closely with the Executive Producer and the Director of Operations on estimating, assessing feasibility and identifying innovative approaches to creative problems - Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budget, risk management, invoices, reconciliation and providing detailed reporting - Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities in identifying challenges and coming up with innovative solutions - Mentoring the post-production team and providing support in developing skills - Manage internal and external resources, optimizing workflow and identifying the best talent for the job - Produce/ manage the day to day in offline editing, colo...
