Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment you’ll need too! - Paid training – We do require an experienced window cleaner right now, but other areas of the Shine service model will be trained. - Company vehicles is driven to the project sites, but you do need to have transportation to come for work, and occasionally to a project. - Team-focused Shine culture as well as independent focus.
