Position Overview As a Community Liaison, you will be the face of Kind Senior Care within the community—building strategic relationships and upholding our core values in every interaction. You will focus on establishing and nurturing referral partnerships with a range of healthcare and community-based organizations, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted/independent living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, and geriatric care managers.
