Job Description Summary Support the setup, preparation, and operation of full SMT lines and all PCBA assemblies for manufacturing. Job Description: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare the workspace by gathering all necessary parts and materials to initiate or complete the customer order. This includes having all tools and the correct version of the test software available, and ready for use. - Assist with the startup and shutdown of full SMT lines. - Support feeder adjustments in size, indexing, and type within the line program. - Help with the setup and operation of various machines across multiple SMT lines. - Load and verify feeders, replenish reels, and execute changeovers efficiently. - Train to perform precise visual inspections at screen printing, bump, and AOI stations. - Review and adhere to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering drawings, to ensure accuracy. - Communicate regularly with supervisors and engineers on the status of jobs, materials, configuration issues, etc. - Utilize SAP (ERP) system for job-related and operational transactions. - Carry out barcode scanning tasks with an understanding of barcode principles. - Additional duties may be assigned by supe...
