We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team. Hiring for Schedule: Mon 9am-5pm, Tues 7am-3pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 7am-3pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 9am-5pm What You’ll Do: - Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service - Support and coach team members - Manage supplies and product organization - Drive membership and retail sales - Coordinate group events and social media content - Open and close the salon as a key holder What You’ll Love: - $16–$20/hr based on experience and performance - Medical benefits - Free monthly blowouts + retail discounts - Commission on membership sales - Growth opportunities and ongoing training What You’ll Bring: - 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership - 21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement) - Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills - Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
