The Fire Restoration Manager prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies, as well as explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers. Additionally, this role is critical for the success of a restoration company, as they are responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards. They must be detailed oriented and understand commercial and insurance restoration industry.
