Job description

The Installation Technician reports to the Vice President/President and is responsible for performing a range of HVACR installation jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. Customer-based activities require an individual possessing traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a technically credible manner. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with the majority of working contacts being customers, other A-1 Services, Inc technicians, the Vice President, President , the Estimator and the Parts Runner. Benefits Representative duties include: To provide heating and air conditioning systems installation according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
