When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. Provides strategic and operational leadership for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Support Services within the Revenue Cycle, including Reporting & Analytics, Vendor Management, Training & QA, Epic Optimization, Contract Maintenance, and Performance Improvement/Denial Prevention. Identifies strategic opportunities for enhanced reporting, analytics, operational consistency, technology enablement, and vendor optimization. Partners with peer leaders, Enterprise Revenue Cycle leadership, clinical stakeholders, and Revenue Cycle Business Partners (RCBPs) to drive alignment, ensure regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen financial outcomes across the enterprise.
