Human Resources Manager PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Martinez Refinery in Martinez, CA. The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and supporting all Human Resources functions for refinery personnel, while ensuring that management and supervision remain aligned with the Company’s short and long-term strategic goals. This role oversees the implementation and administration of both Corporate and local HR policies, procedures, and benefit programs at the refinery. In addition, the HR Manager serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Refinery Leadership Team (RLT) and supervisory staff, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support on a wide range of HR matters.
