As an On-Call Registered Dental Hygienist you will: Provide direct dental hygiene clinical treatment and education in oral health maintenance and prevention to dental clinic patients or the community. Develop and implement an individual preventive oral health program for clinic patients and other interested individuals and organizations. Provide clinical dental hygiene services as listed below. Clinical hygienists will achieve improved oral health for patients as a vital component to the oral health team. They also provide much needed education and prevention services to a culturally diverse population that often has limited prior exposure to modern dental procedures.
