Job description
This position is based in Vienna, Austria - requires regular office presence 3 days a week Your mission: - Take end-to-end IT ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and Compensation , including integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and future Payroll interfaces. - Act as the technical lead for Compensation & Total Rewards solutions, working closely with HR COEs, IT, and external partners. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions. - Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable solutions across SuccessFactors and SAP BTP, ensuring seamless integration, data consistency, and performance. - Drive innovation by leveraging SAP Joule’s AI capabilities responsibly to enhance HR processes, automation, and user experience. - Contribute to the overall HR IT architecture, including BTP services, extensions, and integration patterns. - Own and continuously optimize data models, integrations, and governance structures across HR systems. - Ensure stable operations, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR landscape - Lead global initiatives and projects in HR digitalization, from concept to rollout...
