Senior Project Controls/Scheduler

This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Project Controls/Scheduler with the potential to work out of either Richmond, VA or Virginia Beach, VA office. Your Impact: - Manage project schedules, risk assessments and cost management. - Engage specifically in planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and Internal technical and support staff. - Develop project scopes, negotiate hours, prepare reports, develop, and maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure project controls quality reviews are complete. - Coordinate with project technology experts to develop a project management information system working relevant to the needs of the project - Coordinate with Risk Manager to develop a robust risk management process for the project. - Ensure all required tasks are performed on-time and within budget. - Provide all necessary documents, Information, and monthly reports to Client, as needed. - Identify scheduling and cost variances and recommendations for corrective action for negative variance. - Apply new and creative project controls solutions to complex technical and project management problems...
