Service Manager – Lease-Up (Dream St. Augustine) At Dream St Augustine, our brand-new lease-up community, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a safe, beautiful, and fully functional environment for our very first residents. As the Service Manager , you’ll lead a skilled maintenance team through the unique demands of launching a new property—making sure every home, common area, and amenity is in top shape from day one. You’ll oversee all aspects of community maintenance, from responding to resident service requests to troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. You won’t just manage—you’ll roll up your sleeves to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness. You’ll also coordinate landscaping, vendor services, and preventative maintenance programs to keep the property looking and running its best. On the administrative side, you’ll handle ordering and managing supplies, tracking budgets, hiring and training team members, and keeping detailed maintenance records.
