JOB TITLE: Peer Recovery Specialist JOB PURPOSE: The Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) provides peer support services to patients with substance use disorders and mental illness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilizing their recovery experience, the PRS will educate, and role model the values of every individual’s recovery experience.
