Job Title: Talent Attraction Marketing Lead – CEE Job Description: We are looking for a Talent Attraction Marketing Lead to drive candidate attraction across the Central & Eastern Europe region. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, and AI-enabled recruitment and is focused on building scalable, performance-driven strategies that generate qualified candidate pipelines. As automation tools (e.g., Talkpush) streamline candidate processing, this role ensures high-quality, well-targeted candidate inflow, optimizing the full funnel from awareness to application. What You Will Do Digital Talent Demand Generation: Own and drive digital talent attraction strategy across CEE markets Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok) aligned with hiring demand Manage and optimize the end-to-end candidate funnel Monitor and improve performance metrics (CPH, CPL, conversion rates, time-to-fill contribution) Optimize channel mix, targeting, creatives, and budget allocation based on performance insights Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to translate hiring needs into data-driven marketing plans Work with Digital Marketing teams a...
