Working under the direction of the Staffing Coordinator, you'll follow each client’s personalized Plan of Care to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Your role will be essential in supporting clients to live independently while ensuring they receive the care they need. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required. - At least one (1) year of experience in home care, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred. Reports To: - Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. - Assist with washing dishes, doing laundry, and other cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic living space. - Ensure the environment is comfortable, organized, and conducive to the client’s well-being.
