Job Summary: We are looking for an HRIS Specialist II to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. The HRIS Specialist performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions including ensuring data governance and the processing and reporting of human resource data. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, policies, and practices. Provides system configuration, support and data analysis to meet the needs of the People and Culture department and users of the HRIS. Responsibilities: Configure business processes across multiple Workday functional areas including condition rules, validations, routing, approvals and notifications. Configure and support core and advanced compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, including annual merit and open enrollment events, compensation and benefit plans, eligibility and validation rules, and payroll earnings, deductions, and calculations.
