Summary: The HR Advisor will provide support to the HRBP Lead, Talent Management Manager, and Comp & Benefits Manager contributing to a wide range of activities, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. HR & Systems Operations HRIS Focal Point: Act as the primary user for HRIS platforms ( Workday, ADP, Intranet ), managing transactional updates and data integrity. Data & Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards; compile and analyze payroll/headcount data using spreadsheet tools to identify trends like absenteeism. Global Consistency: Ensure data alignment across different countries and provide qualitative reporting for year-end audits. Compliance: Support work permit documentation and assist HRBPs in updating organizational policies to remain compliant with local legislation. 2.
