Job description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Leader for our Cleveland, Ohio facility who will drive a steady pipeline of business process improvement initiatives that directly support the site’s strategic and tactical objectives. This role ensures that Regal Business System (RBS) tools and standards are fully understood, effectively implemented, and consistently delivering the intended results. As the Continuous Improvement Senior Leader, you will lead, influence, train, and elevate the site's maturity in applying the RBS. In close partnership with the Plant Manager and the site leadership team, you will help prioritize and focus efforts across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG). Your leadership will contribute to achieving financial performance that exceeds stakeholder expectations and supports profitable business growth.
