Position Overview: This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of various types of construction equipment including but not limited to Asphalt Pavers, Asphalt Screed, Asphalt Rollers, Backhoe and Shuttle Buggy/Asphalt Material Transfer Vehicle Safety Expectations: Ensuring the safety of crew members and the public who may interact with job. Participate in daily toolbox meetings. Review safety and risk assessment, daily production goals and crew member responsibilities. Perform proper Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR) and coordinate necessary repairs with foreman.
