Symons Clark Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to support our Regional Mining Operations Team at Prominent Hill . This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities. Working closely with drivers, site personnel, and head office teams, you will play a critical part in coordinating workflows, managing resources, and maintaining operational performance across all areas of the site. This position operates on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster , with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) or Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) options available depending on your location.
