Job Title: Equity Research Associate - Immunology Reports to: Sr. Equity Research Analyst Department: Equity Research: Location: New York: Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000: This individual will work closely with senior equity research professionals to assist in preparing and executing analyses of therapeutic areas, novel biopharmaceutical products, individual companies, and their securities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity, passion for the stock market as well as the ability to be a strong team player in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Formulate in-depth investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis, valuation and risk assessment of a diverse range of companies - Collect and rigorously analyze data related to therapeutics and various diseases, including scientific papers, clinical data, and prescription trends - Draft market research surveys and synthesize results into targeted insights - Interview company executives and medical/industry consultants to develop and maintain sources of information in preparation of analyses - Build, update and maintain financial models - Leverage sci...
