The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. Responsibilities: 1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization. 2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools.
