About the role: This is a specialist advisory role responsible for end‑to‑end employee relations case management, working closely with operational leaders and senior People & Culture stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President – Culture & Capability, you will manage a broad range of ER matters including performance, conduct, investigations, grievances and terminations. The role has a strong coaching and capability uplift focus, helping leaders navigate complex processes with confidence while maintaining appropriate risk controls and escalation.
