This role works with other nursing department colleagues to ensure that patient care is coordinated and communicated effectively with the clinical team. MDS job coordinators determine the health status, care plans, and procedures for intake of residents according to state and federal standards. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and have experience in clinical assessment and documentation.
