POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and full operational oversight for Big Cedar Lodge within the Bass Pro Shops Hospitality Division. This role ensures excellence in guest experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and cultural alignment across all resort operations. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Provide leadership within the Operations division of Bass Pro Hospitality including design and execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and team performance. - Create partnerships within all business pillars to ensure Operational success. - Collaborate with Finance and the Vice President of Operations to develop an annual operating budget for Operations a whole.
