Job Description FULL-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR @WEEKEND MAX MARA - HARRODS The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand. Profile: - Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards - Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team - Clientele activities - Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized; - Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge; - Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; - Deals with customer queries and complaints; - Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store; - Work Schedule: 40 hrs/weekly The ideal candidate will: Potential permanent work for good candidates.
