What You’ll Do: - Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments to ensure efficient and timely updates - Responsible for global inbound shipments to North America distribution centers - Booking exception management in Origin Cargo Management (OCM) providers system(s) - Communicate shipment updates with stakeholders i.e. brand operations/production, customer service, sales and the DC - Daily follow-up with service providers (ocean, air, dray carriers) regarding shipment status - Responsible for driving issue resolution to enable timely receiving of shipments at Distribution Centers - Partner with Customs team for any docum...
