At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently looking for a Team Lead SDR to join one of our clients' team. Our client is building the next generation of marketing and service technology for German SMEs. Their software combines AI, automation, and user-centered design, and it’s growing rapidly. To support continued growth and further optimize sales processes, they are looking for a Team Lead SDR (m/f/d) to operationally lead and develop their SDR team. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in sales development, ideally in a leadership role. Strong communication and persuasive skills – you can inspire people and like to proactively approach customers. Results-oriented – you work in a structured, data-driven way and enjoy achieving measurable success. Hands-on mentality – you work independently, are solution-oriented and actively participate. Teamwork skills & commitment – ​​experience in coaching and performance analysis of teams. German language skills at native speaker level .
