Position Summary: The Director of Facilities is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of all facilities, properties, and physical assets of the organization. This includes building maintenance, capital planning, construction and renovations, lease management, property acquisitions and dispositions, safety and compliance, utilities management, and vendor oversight. The Director ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational growth and operational needs.
