SALARY: $97,516.00 - $121,895.00 JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction, strategic leadership role responsible with establishing, managing, and guiding the Project Management Office Division which includes but not limited to, project teams, and project managers within the Information Technology Department and across the organization. The scope of responsibilities includes overall leadership, mentorship, effective planning, execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of Enterprise Technology Projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide strategic leadership for the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective planning, execution, and optimal utilization of organizational resources. Lead, mentor, and coach PMO team members to promote collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Foster a positive and engaged work environment that supports teamwork, continuous learning, and innovation.
