Overview Expleo Portugal is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales – IT Services to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth in the Portuguese market. This role is key to expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and positioning Expleo as a leading partner for digital transformation and IT outsourcing solutions. Responsibilities: -Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Portuguese market, aligned with Expleo’s global objectives. -Identify and acquire new clients, managing the full sales cycle for IT Outsourcing , Technology Consulting , and Digital Transformation Services . -Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring long‑term relationships and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. -Collaborate closely with Delivery and Recruitment teams to build competitive proposals and ensure high-quality service delivery. -Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to anticipate new opportunities. -Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI tracking. -Represent Expleo at industry events, strategic meetings, and branding initiatives.
